ORDERING INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please email us at info@amanoandco.com.

 

DELIVERY:

All parcels within Switzerland are dispatched within 3 business days from date of purchase via Swiss Post's postal service. Your parcel can be tracked on the Swiss Post website with the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order please email us at info@amanoandco.com.

It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office if the parcel can not be left at the address provided. 

 

PAYMENT METHOD: 

A Mano & Co. accepts VISA and MasterCard through Stripe Switzerland. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on credit card security measures. A Mano & Co. will appear on your credit card statement. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Swiss Francs. 

Only for Customers from Switzerland: We accept E-banking payment, please send us an email for more information.

 

PayPal 

A Mano & Co. also accepts PayPal. If you do choose to pay through PayPal you will be redirected at check out to the PayPal website to process the payment.  

 

POSTAGE & HANDLING:

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING in Switzerland on all- Domestic orders

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt.

The item will be carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If your jewelery arrives damaged, you must notify our team within 48 hours. Email info@amanoandco.com and you will receive a prompt response. 

If you bought your goods from a stockist, retailer or from somewhere other than from the website, you will need to seek a exchange of refund from that person directly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Swiss Francs (CHF) .

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all the orders. 

Parcels could take up to 5 business days to arrive once they have been dispatched. Upon dispatch a tracking number will be emailed to you. The parcels can be tracked through the Swiss Post website. https://service.post.ch/ekp-web/ui/list

Delivery times are an estimate only and the label will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

 

TAXES & DUTIES:

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. A Mano & Co. is not responsible for any delays. 

 

CURRENCY CONVERSION:

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Swiss Francs (CHF) . The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but  it should match closely with the current rate.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

 

STOCK:

In the very unlikely case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately. If the transaction has been processed we will reverse the payment.  We will then inform you when the product will be available.  For any enquires regarding this please email info@amanoandco.com  and you will receive a prompt response. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons,

For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. A Mano & Co. must receive the product in the original packaging with the tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

To request a return please email: info@amanoandco.com with a detailed description of what you want to return and your order number and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

SALE ITEMS: Most Of Our Items With A Reduced Price Can't Be Exchanged, Returned, Or Returned For Store Credit.

REFUNDS:

All returns items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods. 

If you are issued a refund it we will credited back onto credit the card that you placed the order with via Strip Pay. Once the refund has been issued it can take 3-7 business days to clear in your account. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

All items are quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Claims for faulty goods must be made within 3 Business Days of purchase. 

Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. The jewelery containing: glass, resin or semi precious stones are delicate and fragile and should be handled carefully. Crystal or glass stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults do not include cracked or broken stones or if an item has been bent out of shape from wear or if the plating starts to fade. 

The jewelery is handmade and can be very fragile. If it is dropped it could break or stones could loosen and fall out. If pressure is placed on the earring posts or if they are bent out of shape they can weaken. This can result in breakage. Please ensure to keep your earrings in the original packaging to prevent this from occuring. A Mano & Co. is not required to fix items have been broken or replace stones. 

Due to the nature of gold and silver plating, and the frequency of wear, it can over time rub off and or discolour. The metal may become dull over time with wear and when it comes into contact with moisturisers, perfume, hairspray etc. This is a natural part of the wear and tear, and is not considered and manufacturing fault. 

Please remove your jewelery before swimming of getting into the shower. If the jewelery gets wet it will tarnish.

VARIANCES IN SEMI PRECIOUS STONES: 

Natural stones vary in colour and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary slightly from the photograph shown on the website. 

Please look at all photos provided of the product to see the variances. If you have a special request for a particular colour tone please email the team at info@amanoandco.com before placing an order. 

We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of the stones. 

 

VARIANCES IN FRESH WATER PEARLS: 

Fresh water pearls have variances in colour, shape and texture. These variances are what make the pearls beautiful and unique. The piece of jewelery you receive will vary slightly from the photos provided online.  

We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of the natural pearls. 

 

WEIGHTS: 

Please make sure to read the description of each design. The weights are approximates only. The weight listed is for the single earring not the pair. The weight may vary within a couple of grams due to the use of natural stones. If you have any questions regarding the size or weight of a product please enquire before making a purchase. We can not offer offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
